Reports to: ABA Field Supervisor

Location: Throggs Neck, BX

Below is an outline of primary responsibilities for the above named position. They include but are not limited to the following:

· Complete the comprehensive ABI orientation and trainings as required

· Provide direct one on one ABA therapy with children on the spectrum in the child's home/community under the supervision of a case supervisor

· Complete session notes at the end of each session to be signed by the child’s caregiver and submit on the required due dates twice each month

· Develop and update individualized curriculums and programming (when applicable)

· Implement behavioral protocols and record data as appropriate (e.g., FBA's, Token Boards, etc.)

· Record daily probe data on each of the client's treatment plan objectives

· Recommend different activities to caregivers or other team members to help promote generalization of skills

· Work collaboratively with related service providers assigned to the child's case (e.g., SLPs, PTs, OTs, school teachers, etc.)

· Assist families and therapists to generalize skills learned during therapy into the natural environment

· Participate in supervision as recommended and required

· Attend staff trainings, workshops and in-services on relevant topics including Autism, ABA and Behavioral Interventions to satisfy on-going training requirements

Qualifications:

2+ Yrs working with Children 

HS Diploma
