INFANT/TODDLER TEACHER ASSISTANT

Private school with excellent reputation is looking for enthusiastic, creative, energetic and committed Assistant Teachers. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn a new and innovative method of teaching. We are looking for someone who loves children, is a self-starter, responsible, punctual, tidy, a team player and someone who can support the group teacher effectively. You must understand the needs of infants/toddlers and know how to keep their environment clean. We are offering full time and part time positions.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the daily activities of an infant or toddler classroom (depending on which position you apply for).

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years working with specified age group,
Bachelors in Early Childhood Education a ++
Childhood Development Associates Diploma (CDA) or Associates in ECE (preferred)

Requirements:
Completed SCR Background Clearance
DOI Fingerprint Clearance
First Aid/CPR Certified for Infant/Toddler
Mandated Reporter Certification
Certification in- SIDS, Shaken Baby Syndrome, Infectious Disease Control, Lead Poison Prevention
3 Recommendations (At least 1 from a previous employer)
Bilingual in Spanish a ++
