Hi, I'm Constance Bryant, as Comprehensive Integrated Support Services LLC's Early intervention Program Director, I'm looking for a pediatric occupational therapist who has at least one year work experience with infants and toddlers and who also works well with his/her fellow Interventionists in a facility center based setting.

This November, I'm launching CISS LLC’s early intervention service program that provides EI services (OT, PT, ST and SI) to infants and toddlers from birth to under 36 months of age throughout the NYC boroughs and specifically Brooklyn New York at this time.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of the regulations and practice standards of Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Knowledge of equipment and instruments used in daily activities

Skill in treating Pediatric Occupational Therapy patients

Skill in using applicable equipment and instruments

Skill in critical thinking in the performance of Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Qualifications:

As mandated by NYC BEI and NYEIS, we require:

- New York State Professional License or Certification number (start date)

- NPI number (Required for NYS NYEIS approval)

- Your residence address

- Recent Medical Exam (Mantoux or PPD report)

- Two photo Identifications

- Professional References (3)

- Copy of Professional Liability Insurance Certificate

- Child Abuse Course Certification (If Available)
