The Shield Institute is a not for profit agency serving individuals with I/DD. Immediate openings in our Bronx Preschool Special Education Program located at 1800 Andrews Avenue. Join our dynamic team where you will find exciting opportunities for learning, growing and teaching. 

 

MONOLINGUAL (English) and BILINGUAL (Spanish/English)

                                                          

Free supervision available for teachers pursuing NYS Licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) or Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Qualifications:

In ordered to be considered, applicants must hold or be eligible for NYS special education certification.  (NYS Permanent Special Education Certification or SWD B-2 Certification.)
