Position Details: Exempt 12 Month or 10 Month full time Positions; on a DOE calendar schedule. The work week hours are Mon & Wed 8am- 3:30pm and Tues, Thru & Fri 8:30am – 3:30pm. • 12 Month Position: works the full school year September – August (This position works the summer session from July- August)
• 10 Month Position: works the school year from September – June (This position does not work the summer session from July- August)

Minimum Qualifications: The position requires an M.S. in Special Education. New York State teacher certification in Special Education K-12 (prior to February 2004) or an internship certificate, conditional, supplemental, initial or professional certification in Students with Disabilities, Birth-Grade 2. We will also consider NYS Certification in Students With Disabilities (Grades 1-6).
