Teaching Assistant

Description:

A private pre-school on the south shore of long island is looking for a teacher's assistant in a toddler classroom as well as a pre-k classroom. Must be energetic, organized and creative. Person should be willing to change diapers, sit on the floor and play with children while supervising and assist children in completing projects planned by the head teacher. Position is 5 days a week. For the tiddler position hours are 9-12:30. Pre-k is full day.

There is also an opportunity to work extra hours as a matron on a bus.
