Description:

Searching for assistant teachers for our school. Preferred to have either CDA or ECE/education credits towards Associate or Bachelor degree. Looking for someone who is caring, patient, high energy to keep up with little ones and a passion for working with children. An understanding of child behavior and good practices of positive guidance strategies are needed and should encourage learning through play with hands-on activities and age-appropriate lessons.

Responsibilities:

Supervision and safety of children in classroom and playground, assist in implementing curriculum, follow company and state policies and guidelines, interact and assist lead teachers daily.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a high school diploma. If you are working on your college degree but have not graduated yet, credits already accumulated can qualify as additional education background.

References are required, with 2 letters of reference being needed and a 3rd available to contact.

Knowledge of tech use (ipad) preferred

Must be available 30-40 hrs per week, Mondays through Fridays.

Fingerprinting and background checks must be completed prior to training

Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED

Preferred Education Level: Some College Credits
