Description:

Infant and Toddler Teachers are absolutely caregivers...and they are so much more. At Paper Planes, we believe that the Early Childhood field must change and view us early childhood teachers as just that- teachers! We are responsible for helping the most vulnerable age group grow and develop. This means we need professionals who have a passion for early childhood development. So while you will be responsible for diaper changes and bottle feedings, you will also be responsible for tracking development, providing an environment in which young children can explore and discover, communicating professionally to parents and peers, etc.

Responsibilities:

- Provide a safe, nurturing environment.
- Attend to infants' needs and development
- Create engaging, hands-on activities.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Maintain professional communication.

Qualifications:

Have experience working in a childcare, group setting.
Either be lead qualified or be able to be on a study plan to get lead teacher qualified
Be a loving and patient soul.
Have empathy for children and parents
Be a team player
Be a kind and professional communicator
CPR/Frist Aid certified or get certified within 30 days

Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED

Preferred Education Level: Some College Credits
