Description:

This consultant will be expected to manage $200,000 grant for one year.  The consultant will work with a Core team of stakeholders at the state level to produce a toolkit and resources for the field to expand access to Early Head Start in NY state. The consultant will manage small research projects, focus groups with EHSCCP providers, parents and others in the community to inform the work.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Early Head Start experience required.  Experience in managing positive complex partnerships required.  Computer skills and project management skills required. 

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
