"Celebrating  Early Childhood Education Leaders" featuring  Dr. Lynn M. Lubecki


We invite you to the WNY Leadership Initiative Speaker Series in December. This month we will "Celebrate Strength in Leadership” with Dr. Lynn M. Lubecki. Throughout the global pandemic, Early Childhood Leaders have stayed strong and focused, keeping programs open and operating, caring for our young children so that parents could continue to work. Programs were flexible, they shifted, adapted, and despite all of the challenges, remained optimistic and hopeful. Lynn will present characteristics of resilient leadership, often built into our field, and together, we will imagine the future of Early Childhood Education. Come celebrate the exceptional leadership of early care and education and think about the many opportunities that are ahead of us.
